Unable to add a card to top using IPad app. “Add card” option is not available in drop down list.

I want to be able to add a card to the top of the board.  Documentations says to use the … at top right of board, and select “add card”.  This does work if you are logged into the program.

if you are using your Trello App on an IPad, the option to “add card” is not available in the list.

I do not own an iPad but this looks like a bug or it was overlooked during it's development.

There are a couple resources they have setup for the apps, including iOS.
