×Hi
A bit of a strange problem I really cant get my head around.
I can logon fine on https://id.atlassian.com/ with my email adress but as soon as I try to access trello it asks for a 2FA code. When i enter 2FA code it says it is incorrect. Even if I disable 2FA, i get a question to enter 2FA code.
I somehow think its releted to that i may have an account with my email adress, and the same email adress as a google account and it somehow gets mixed up in the process, but I dont really know.
Hi Mattias,
Thanks for your question! Alina here from the Trello Support team 🙂
I've taken a quick look at your account and it does seem like the legacy Trello 2FA hasn't been removed while the Atlassian 2FA is already applied.
I'd suggest we try to troubleshoot the legacy 2FA for now to see if it helps resolve the problem and let you log in to Trello. Hence, I've kicked off the process to help you remove Trello 2FA from your account. You should receive an email notifying you that the recovery process has started.
After a 24-hour security delay, you will receive another email with a link to recover your account. Keep in mind that the link expires in 12 hours! Click the link, and you will be prompted to enter your password to disable this two-step verification.
Once you have completed the process, you can check your Atlassian account 2FA to make sure it's still set up correctly.
Hope this helps!
