We have a premium license on Trello with an e-mail address that is not existing anymore. Is there any way that we can access the account and change the login credentials (e-mail + password). We can prove that the license is on our company name, we just need to change the e-mail address to login and access.
You’ll need to reach out directly to Trello support since account recovery isn’t possible from the community side. If you can provide proof of ownership (like billing details or the company domain), they can help transfer the license to an active email. I’ve seen similar cases resolved that way, so opening a support ticket is your best path.
Yes is it possible to contact support without logging in? Seems difficult.
