Unable to Create a Jira Issue in Zoom Chat

My zoom account is fully integrated with Jira software, and I am able to share issues through Zoom Chat. However, I am unable to create an issue through zoom.  

I do not receive an error message. I am allowed to go through the "create issue" through Zoom, I pick the project, assign it and after I have finished, I hit "create" and the issue disappears as if I never created an issue. Nothing is created in the project, and no one is notified. I have tried this twice and yet I get the same outcome.

I have verified that I have the latest version of Zoom.

Any ideas of what could be causing this?

Hey @Sherri Queen – Are you experiencing problems with Zoom and Trello? Or is it Zoom and Jira? I'm asking because, based on the description, you are experiencing issues with Jira, but you've posted your question on the Trello community. 

Have you tried submitting your question here? I'm afraid I couldn't help you much as I don't know much about Jira or how Jira integrates with Zoom.

Thanks Salomao! I thought I was posting in the proper place. lol I don't even use Trello anymore, so I'm not sure why it automatically listed Trello.
