Unable to Access My Trello Account

Hello,
Prafull here. I am not able to login, I have reset the password successfully however I am not getting code on the authenticator and also no SMS neither I am able to get recovery key.


Irony is since I am not able to login, still to reach out to customer care I need to create another new account and then post in the community.

I removed your email address from your post for privacy reasons. Since this is a public community forum, it is safer not to post personal contact details here.

The Community cannot reset your Trello or Atlassian account access directly, but you can trigger the automated 2-step verification recovery flow yourself:

Go to trello.com/login

Enter your email address and password.

When prompted for the verification code, select Can’t use your phone? at the bottom.

On the recovery key screen, select Can’t find your recovery key?

Choose Send recovery email.

If that don´t work, please let us know.

I am not receiving Two step verification code as well since I had not authenticated. Also, I am not receiving SMS

There is not much more we can do from the Community side, as we do not have access to Atlassian’s backend or your account details.

Welcome to the community!!

I’ve taken a look at your account on our end, and it looks like everything is working as expected from the Atlassian side. The emails are being successfully queued for delivery, and I don't see any suppressions or blocks on our end.

Since the emails are leaving our system but not hitting your inbox, it’s likely they’re being filtered or blocked by your email provider or local network. I’d suggest going through this guide to help troubleshoot: ✅ Not receiving confirmation emails or password reset emails 

A few quick things you can try right away:

  • Check your Spam/Junk folder: Sometimes our automated emails get a bit lost in there.

  • Add us to your contacts: Adding do-not-reply@trello.com and noreply@id.atlassian.com to your safe senders list can often do the trick.

  • Test your notifications: If you can still log in, you can trigger a test email here: trello.com/test_notifications.

I can reset the password but stuck at authentication
