Hi Trello Support Team,
I need your help. I was invited by a client as an admin to their Trello workspace, but I cannot view it. I suspect I may have accidentally created a second Trello account. I tried logging in both with my email and with Google sign‑in, but I still don’t see the workspace. I only use one email address.
Could you please assist me in resolving this so I can access the workspace again?
Thank you.
Hello and welcome to Atlassian Community @Coach Kristina
This mostly happens due to a credential mismatch during the onboarding process.
Try that😉:
1. Sign out of Atlassian entirely.
2. Open the link in a private window.
3. Log back in using the precise email address that received the notification (stick to one method, like Google auth).
In case the workspace still doesn't appear, have the administrator clear your pending profile and send a fresh invite. If you can see the main hub but miss a specific board, they just need to grant you direct access (sometimes they are private)
Cheers,
Arek 🤠
This usually happens when the same email ends up with two Atlassian accounts (Google login vs email or password). Try signing in using only one method and open the invite email again to re-join the workspace. Also check in an incognito window to avoid switching accounts accidentally.
If it still doesn’t appear, support may need to link or merge the correct account for you.

Thank you for your response. I’ve followed the steps, but the issue remains.I still can’t see the workspace in either logins (Google login and email/password). I suspect I may have unintentionally created a new account when accepting my client’s invitation. I really need Team Support to help resolve this.
