URGENT Issue: Cannot log into my account

Is there a way to recover an account? I cannot get into my account after changing my email address. My Microsoft account was disconnected in this process.

Now I cannot get in with the new email address or the old one?

ALL my previous data is inaccessible. Please help!

I'm sorry to hear that you can't access your account, I hope this can be solved soon. Please follow these steps and let me know if you still face issues:

  • Open an incognito window on your browser.
  • Access https://id.atlassian.com/login/resetpassword and enter your old email address. Click "Send recovery link".
  • Once you receive the email with the link to recover your account, copy it and paste it into a new tab in the incognito window.
  • Follow the instructions in the screen to reset the password.
