Hello,

I am unable to log into my account. I get stuck at the step that says: "Continue with two-step verification". Despite checking all my folders, including SPAM and Junk, I am not receiving any verification code to my email address.

As a result, I cannot access my Trello account. I urgently need your help because all of my projects are linked to this specific account.

Welcome to the Atlassian community!

Your screenshot shows "authenticator app," so avoid checking emails and instead look at your Microsoft Authenticator or the other app you've set up.

Hi @tamara_vircikova , the block is email delivery, so fix that first. The code is sent from do-not-reply@trello.com and noreply@id.atlassian.com, so add both to your contacts, and if this is a company or custom domain, ask whoever runs your mail to allowlist Atlassian and Trello senders, since a gateway quietly dropping them is the usual cause. If nothing lands even after that, the address is probably on Atlassian's suppression list from an earlier bounce, which only Atlassian can clear, so a support request is the next step. The full sender list is in not receiving Trello emails.

To get past the screen itself, start with backup codes: if you saved them when you turned on two-step verification, enter one instead of the emailed code, that's exactly what they're for. If you don't have them, use Send recovery email on the verification screen; Atlassian sends a "Steps to recover your account" message and then a second one within about 24 hours that lets you back in and reset your two-step settings, though that route also needs email working, so it only helps once delivery is sorted. And if your Trello login was ever set up with Google, Microsoft or Apple, that button skips the code completely. Recovery steps are here.
