Two accounts, one Email, no more access

I have two trello accounts, one with my initial user name and one with my user name and an additionally "1".

After login through Atlassian, I cannot use my boards with username1. How can I access these boards?

In general, that would mean that both accounts have different email addresses registered. Feel free to reach out with the usernames via trello.com/contact and we can take a look from our end.
