Two Factor Authentication Code

I never activated Two Factor Authentication Code with phone number
I logged in today via browser and get have to enter Two Factor Authentication (I remember 1-2 months ago Two-Factor Authentication Code didn't appear)
I have access to registered email and the logged in trello mobile app
How to disable Two Factor Authentication?

But, I don't know what phone number to use and I never activated Two Factor Authentication Code
How did this happen?
So, I can't access it from the browser
currently only via the trello mobile app currently logged in
And in the trello mobile app there is no way to disable Two Factor Authentication
