Trying to transfer personal boards from company account.

I have a single company account where some personal boards also reside. Trying to follow the instructions in transferring the personal boards to a new personal account. I can't seem to get instruction steps to work.  https://trello.com/support/transfer-boards

The following steps says "No Boards to Transfer" when I put in the address for the new personal board.

Suggestions?
