Hi there
My client is having issues signing into Trello. When she tries to sign in, it comes up with a box that says she is not authorised with no option to type in a password. However, another colleague withing the same organisation has had no issues and can sign on straight away. Has anyone experience a similar issue and if so, how was this resolved?

It could be that their employer has blocked Trello for that user. They will need to reach out to their company IT admin.
