Trouble understanding why dates from Trello are not showing up in Google Calendar.

Hi!

We’re having trouble understanding why dates from Trello are not showing up in Google Calendar.

We have the paid version of Trello and have added due dates both:

• directly on cards
• and on checklist items/subtasks

However, they are still not appearing in Google Calendar.

We expected tasks with dates to sync automatically to our calendar view. Is there an additional setting, Power-Up, integration, or limitation we’re missing?

Also:

• Are checklist item dates supposed to sync to Google Calendar?
• Are only card due dates supported?
• Is there a delay in the sync?

Would appreciate some clarification on how this is intended to work.

Checklist items with due dates are not included in the iCal feed. Only the card's Due Date syncs to Google. Start dates and date ranges are also only visible within Trello's Calendar view, not in external calendars.

Google Calendar can take 12–24 hours to refresh subscribed iCal feeds. This is controlled by Google, not Trello.
