Trigger from specific words inside a card name

Hello.

I am trying to create a rule that requires a trigger from specific words that are contained in the card name.

For example:

If card name contains word "X" AND "Y" AND "Z" then action a, b, c

But I am failing to set the correct syntax in the with a name containg "......" box.

I've tried:

X, Y, Z

"X", "Y", "Z"

Try with separate individual conditions in the same command. 

BTW “when” is the operative word and not “if”.

individual conditions how? so creat one condition for each word to be recognized?
