I am a new user and I was able to create columns and to do , I was able to jot notes separate from add items, now it is not appearing for me to add notes, is this due to the fact that I am using the free version, and are only limited to so many notes? I am only able to see what the tasks for me are, but I was able to add notes to the person creating the to do's but now I do not have access to that anymore, can someone help?

Hi @Carole Flores,

To help figure out why the note-taking area seems missing, could you please check a few quick things?

• Are you a board admin on this board? (Some features can be hidden or restricted if you're not.)
• Make sure no filter is accidentally turned on: Look at the top-right of the board for any active filter (it shows as a funnel icon). Choose "Clear all" if present.
• Are you using any Power-Up for note-taking or advanced card views? Sometimes they change how notes/comments appear.

A screenshot of what you currently see on the board would be really helpful (especially the area where you're expecting to add notes).
