Trello visible for admin, but not for other members on bitBucket.Problem connecting trello to BitBu

School project, we received invitation to bitBucket, and we wanted to add our existing trello board to project, admin helped with that and trello board is visible for him in bitbucket, but after connecting our accounts in Trello with bitbucket, we can not see the board.
When "connect to trello" button is pressed in bitbucket, we got message:
Our accounts in bitbucket have Academic status if that maters.
What I tried?
-Trying to delete personal info from Power Up did not help.
-Refresh page
-Logout from Trello and Bitbucket and login again
-On both Mozilla and Chrome
-Same issue for other students
