Trello "task basket" system, Butler rules, Zapier "this is done" email

Hi - re: Trello. I'm trying to set up a simple "task basket" system for our three data entry guys in India. Want to use Zapier to send "this is done" emails to US team members. Can Zapier pull email addresses from Trello custom field checkboxes? Can Butler autopopulate Trello custom field checkboxes? Help! :)

Hi Todd,

Marta here, from Trello Support. I believe Zapier doesn't currently grab information from Custom Fields, and I'd suggest sending that feature request to their team so they can add it as an additional action on the workflow. 

When it comes to Butler and Custom Fields, yes, it is possible to auto-populate custom fields and check checkboxes, please see screenshot below for reference.
