Hello,
We all came in today and found one of our trello boards was closed. And could only be opened by an admin. No one here recalls closing it out. So we're hoping someone could shed some light on how to re-open it.
We're using the trello boards for free, so we don't have any admins.
Hello @Quinn Carnahan
I will create a Ticket on behalf of you, will be reaching out you further via Support ticket.
Have a great day :)

I dont see anything at that link except something that says "Contact Support"
And that only takes me to this community and usual Q&A's....

We have the free version, like i mentioned above, so we don't have any admins, and likely can't get usual support. Which is why i posted here...
But you said you would create a ticket on our behalf? How would i get to that?

Hello Quinn,
I wanted to let you know that we've promoted Nancy Johnson to admin of the board, as per your request. Could you please try reopening them and let me know if you run into any issues?
Thanks, and enjoy the rest of your day!

Thank you so much! She's trying that now!

It says in order to open it, because there's not enough workspace, to remove collaborators, or start a free trial. We're not sure what that means, as it was working fine on Friday. And we haven't added anybody since then. And we're already using the free trial.

Hi Quinn,
Could you please share your workspace link on the ticket when you get a chance? I'll take a closer look into the issue from there.

We are not sure what the workspace link on the ticket is. Because we never received a ticket.
You had just made her admin, and when she went to re-open the board, there wasn't a link it was just a message that said what i stated above.
I received an email from you, but there is no ticket number on that email.
But she went to re-open the Trello board in question, and this is the link to that board:
But we never received any ticket, and there was no link on the message that popped up.

Hello Quinn,
the workspace link will look like : https://trello.com/w/ once you access the Trello you'll be inside your workspace, you can just copy the link from the browser and send it to me on the email. So that I will check wether the workspace is Free or on Premium Trial.

Is the link i just provided above not the right link?

Hello Quinn,
It was a board link, since the board was closed I cannot find which workspace where this board was residing. Since the user is getting an error message : " because there's not enough workspace, to remove collaborators, or start a free trial"
I need to check the workspace status wether it is a free or Premium trial. Can you please inform your colleague to upgrade the workspace to Premium Trial and see wether she can access the board or not

And how do i get there?

So we have to go to the part of trello, where we would upgrade to premium. And that would be the page that's considered the workspace? We are not going to upgrade to premium at this time, but you just need the link to that part of trello?

Sorry we only know of two places. The main page that shows all of our trello boards. or the links to the specific trello boards we've created.
There is a link that says "Create a workspace"
but we're not trying to create a new workspace, we're just trying to recover the workspace that was closed.
Which is this link: https://trello.com/b/KtzKNFIK
There is no links anywhere that start with a "w"
we are using the free trial. And we have been for years.

You had said you couldnt access the board link, because it's closed.
So you needed to see where the workspace the board was residing was in is.
In the email i sent, you'll see where that board resided - it was the second link i provided.
https://trello.com/u/nancyjohnson79/boards
As that shows where the boards reside.
You can see the board that still is residing there, SHOWER DOOR ORDER/ETA/SCHEDULE
So i believe I've provided that link above correct?

Do you need anything further from us to resolve this issue?

I sent an email with a pic of our homepage.
It says the workspaces are the open trello boards we have.
So i had already sent the link to the board that was closed initially.
I'm not sure what other workspace links there would be?

Hello Quinn,
I hope you're doing well!
I apologize for the delay in getting back to you—I was at the end of my shift and couldn't respond right away.
I took a look at your screenshot and noticed that you're listed as a workspace guest in one of the workspaces. To help us resolve the issue, could you please share a screenshot of the error message on email where Nancy is encountering when she tries to access the board?
Additionally, I've promoted you to an admin of the board. Could you please check to see if you now have access to it?
I'm eager to hear back from you so we can get this sorted out.
Have a fantastic day!
