Trello notification

Hi to all, 

is it possible, in Trello, to choose to send a notification or not after card modification?

I made elementary modifications and I don't want, every time, to disturb watchers...

Unfortunately no, you won't be able to choose whether someone else gets a notification or not. Each member will need to manage their own notification preferences.
