Trello not working for teammates

It's working fine for me on app and laptop, anyone know why it's being wonky for the rest of the team? Do I possibly need to upgrade my membership? There are 19 people on there lol. TIA!

What is the error the rest of the team are receiving?

I assume they have access to your Workspace, as either a member or a guest?
