Hello,
I have a problem with the Trello mobile app.
Some cards appear completely blank in the mobile app (Android/iPhone/tablet), although all content is visible normally in the web browser version.
What happened:
The issue first started on my tablet.
After syncing/downloading the same board on my phone, the issue appeared there too.
The web/browser version still shows all card content correctly.
What I already tried:
Logging out and back in
Force closing the app
Clearing cache
Reinstalling the app
Restarting the device
The issue still persists only in the mobile app.
Could you please help investigate this sync/cache issue?
Device: samsung galaxy A16 5G, samsung galaxy tab S7 FE
Android/iOS version: 16
Trello app version: 2026
