If you’ve got under 10 members and it’s still blocking you, I’d double-check for any pending invites that might be holding up slots. Pending members or unconfirmed invites can sometimes take up space. Maybe also try logging out and back in to see if it refreshes the count. If it’s still stuck, Trello support might have a quick fix.
