Trello login requires email code every time, but my mailbox doesn’t receive emails

I can’t access my main Trello account because Atlassian/Trello asks for an email verification code on every login.
The account email is:
This mailbox currently does not receive any incoming emails at all, so I can never get the code. I checked Spam/Junk and all folders – no Atlassian emails.
I’m still logged in on the Trello Android app, but I can’t change the email there because it requires browser login verification.
I need help to regain access / change the email address on my Atlassian account to a working email so I can log in and migrate hundreds of private boards to Notion.
I can provide proof of ownership (screenshots from the logged-in mobile app, workspace/board names, etc.).
P.S. I checked Spam/Junk and all folders — no Atlassian emails. Also, this mailbox currently doesn’t receive any incoming emails at all, so I can’t receive verification codes.

Hi @vic_tut , :)
Hope you are doing well,
Welcome to the community!!

I’ve taken a look at your email logs, and everything looks clear on our end. There aren't any suppressions or restrictions active, and we’re actually seeing a "250 OK" response, which means the emails are being successfully delivered to your mail server.

Since they aren't showing up in your inbox, could you please try the steps in our troubleshooting guide? 👉 Not receiving confirmation emails or password reset emails | Trello | Atlassian Support

I also noticed you're using a .ru email address. Just to confirm, are you currently located in Russia? I ask because Atlassian has implemented certain restrictions in that region, which might be affecting your account access or email delivery. You can find more details on that here: 👉 Sanctioned countries

Thanks.

Hello @vic_tut

I edited your post because it contained a lot of personal data. This is an open forum, and anyone on the internet can access it.

About your problem: what concerns me most is that you said your email address is not receiving any emails at all. That is likely the main blocker here.

Best,
Arkadiusz 🤠

Hi! Thank you for the reply. I understand that the disabled email inbox is the main blocker for the standard automated recovery process.

However, I can prove that I am the legitimate owner of this account using alternative methods. Is it possible to manually update my email address to an active one based on this evidence as an exception?

Here is the proof I can provide: 1. Full control over the mobile app: I have an active logged-in session in the official Trello Android app. I can provide screenshots of my profile, record a screen video (screencast) from inside the account, or perform any specific test action on my boards (like creating a card with a specific phrase) to prove that I currently have access to the system. 2. Login history verification: I still have old emails from Atlassian with login confirmation codes saved in my local archive. I can provide the exact dates and times when these codes were requested. Your security team can cross-reference these timestamps with your server logs to see that a successful login from my devices occurred immediately after those emails were sent.

Given these verifiable facts, is there any chance this case could be escalated to a higher-level support team for a manual email override?

@vic_tut

I requested Assistance for you but I can't promise nothing.

This things are always handled carefully, other way everybody can come and request access.

Best,

Arkadiusz 🤠 ☀️
