Trello isn't letting me add another user

I'm having some issues managing the number of users in my group and am emailing for some assistance.

Despite removing a user from my page, and the message clearly stating we are allowed up to 10 collaborators for free, it will not let me add the newest member of our team to collaborate on our Trello board.

Please could you provide us with some guidance/ help us with our predicament!

Hi Ben! Welcome to the Trello community!

You can confirm the total number of your collaborators on the Members tab (in the left sidebar). The total number of collaborators includes Workspace members, board guests, and pending invitations.
