I have been working on Trello for 10 years! I have multiple boards with lots of info on them and they aren't coming up? Did something change with this service in the last 2 months? Last time I tried signing in, I did not have a problem. Can someone help me recover my work?

There was a bigger Trello thing that happened back in May, which caused some issues with boards and cards. Trello's currently showing that things are back up and running.
However, if you're still noticing some boards are missing even after checking your account and the list of closed boards, please reach out to Support directly. They'll be able to look into your account/board state and help out.

Regarding recent updates, you can check these Release Notes, however I don't see anything that could be related to your problem.
