Trello seems to work again for all my team except for one of my colleagues working on Mac with the desktop application. She has reinstalled it but she still has this message. Thank you in advance for your help

@Claire D One Voice could you have your colleague try resetting local data in the Trello app? You'll find the option in the help menu. After doing this, have them try logging in again and let me know if that solves the issue.

403 error is for permission related code. Check the access to the board that was given to the user.

which is very strange because she is on the board and it is working from her browser, but not at all from the desktop app :(
