Have u guys ever come across the similar problem like mine?

I am using laptop for working and i usually plug a HDMI cable to connect between my laptop and monitor when i work.

However when i try to work, more specifically trying to do something on trello on my monitor screen, it doesn't respond. No matter how i try. But if i try to move the trello to my laptop screen and then it goes all well.

It's pretty strange. Could anyone help me out?

By the way i am right now using Windows 11 Version 21H2 OS Build 22000.282 and i download the trello app from offical windows 10 app store

It is odd, but the problem is down to your Windows setup, not the Trello desktop app.   The app doesn't try to do anything clever with the desktop (unlike some other apps), it just says "hey, Windows, show this", and then relies on Windows to get it right for you.

yeah i agree with you. This problem really bothers me. (sigh)

I don't know whether it is the problem of new OS, i mean windows 11, which may have the compatibility problem.

But anyway thank you for your answer.

It's nothing to do with the web-service Trello is providing, you need to look at the system you are using to run the browser.
