Has anyone figured out how to address this request?
I complete the Approval required form/request.
Nothing happens.
If I understood where the approval request went, I could follow up with an email.

This usually lands in the inbox of whoever is Microsoft/Azure admin within your company. Now, it can be a bit tricky to grant that access, although it should be possible from the email that they would receive.
I think they can also navigate to Azure Portal > Entra > Enterprise applications and approve or add the Trello app there. Once that's done (and permissions are configured), you should be good.
But again, that's all mainly on the Microsoft/Azure side 👈
