Trello for Slack release notes?

Hey there - the permission scopes needed for the Trello App for Slack recently changed and our security team needs more information on the details of they these changed.  The permission scopes posted on this page: https://help.trello.com/article/1051-requested-scopes-for-the-slack-app appear to be outdated, and the changes to the scopes requested have come through without any explanation as to why they changed.

Are there release notes somewhere that we can view to understand the reasons behind the change?  Thanks!
