Trello for Gmail でログインしてもアドオンが使えません。

Trello for Gmailでカードの追加ができなくなりました。
ログインして「お客様のTrelloアカウントで新しいアプリケーションが承認されたことを確認しました。」というメールが届きますが、その後もアドオンは開かずログインしてくださいと繰り返し表示されます。
ログアウト、ログイン、OSのアップデート、PCの再起動、ブラウザのキャッシュクリアなどしてみましたが、それでも改善されません。
なにが原因でしょうか?

Hey @平岡 佐知子 - welcome to the Community! 

Unfortunately this is a known bug we're working with Google currently to fix. We're sorry for the inconvenience this causes! 

In the meantime, I would suggest taking a look at the email-to-board feature as a workaround for creating cards via email: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/creating-cards-by-email/
