Trello does not accept my Spanish tax number

I live and work in Spain and as a foreigner my tax-number calls NIE. Two letters, seven numbers. But when i try to use it for paying the subscription, it doesnt work for a some reason. I was trying to use prefix "es", but it also doesnt help. 
So, what can i do? I really need a factura with my complete data.
