Trello desktop app cannot be installed - any standalone direct installer?

I get this error when trying to install the Windows 10 version of Trello. Is there any way I can get the installer directly and not through Windows store?

@UP JMA Embassy, I haven't seen any indication there will be an offline, or separate installer from the Windows store.  Try applying the current updates to windows as it looks like your a little behind. I'm, running 15063 and it installed without any issues.
