I want to activate an account for someone returning from leave. It appears their account. was deactivated and deleted. Using an activation link does not work as it says there is a deactivated account under the same email address.
We are on a free account, an admin managed account, but we don't know who that manage is.
Please advise on a solution... thanks so much!
