Trello butler action is not posting to slack for everyone, only the admin.

Hello,

I am a Trello admin. I have created a butler automation where the trigger is clicking a button and then butler is supposed to post in slack. It works for me, but no one else on my team. They can see and click the button, but the slack post fails. Attached is the error I see as well as the error one of my staff members is seeing. I have confirmed Trello is already linked to slack. How can I make it so the button works for everyone: completing the butler action to result in a post in slack.

An additional question. Does the slack channel have to be public? Or can it also post to private channels as well?

In slack add @butler to the channel and it should work

Butler is added to the slack channels by me. Does it need to be added by each person individually?
