Trello boards

Hi all, 

We recently created boards for our psych practice. One of the 'rules' of the board was to click 'arrive' when we have done a MHCP letter and then the client automatically moves to the other column, if that makes sense.  This was working for a little bit, but there doesn't seem to be an 'arrived' button anymore, when we create a new client. 

Has anyone had a similar problem before?

Check your Butler under the card whether that card button had been disabled. If you cannot find it there - Check with person who created the card button whether it has been disabled for other members of the team.

Also I think card buttons might be a paid feature so it could be they created it during a Business Class trial and now the trial expired?
