Trello boards webview freezes or lags sometimes

Hi, 

I really like Trello and I have been using it for a few years now. 
However, since about a few weeks ago, I have been experiencing frozen or lagging when I try to add a new card. I wonder if it is because I have too many things on the page. I have 30 lists and every list has about 10 cards.
I haven't tried archiving yet. It would be great if there is a fix for this. 
I am curious to know what the load limit is?

We recommend keeping it around or under 500 unarchived cards per board, as numbers higher than that can slow down the board's performance. See if archiving or moving cards to a different board helps.

Do you have any plans of increasing this limit? I have large boards that I would prefer to not split into two or three.
