Trello board suddenly closed. I am not the admin I cannot reopen

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
When I navigate to https://trello.com/b/hc9sDqHA/daves-live-jobs I get the following message:
The admin for this board has resigned, I tried to get access from IT for their email so I can reset the password and get the recovery link but not luck.
I need it reopened and I need myself to become the admin of this board.
Please help!
