Hi,
One of our Trello boards has suddenly been closed, and we are unable to reopen it.
This board is only used by me and my wife, and we are 100% certain that one of us originally created it. We do not have any other Trello accounts, and no one else has ever had access to this board.
The issue is that when we check the closed boards, it now says that neither of us is the creator/owner anymore. Because of this, we cannot reopen the board.
This seems like a broken ownership state, where the board no longer has a valid owner assigned.
There has been no unusual activity on our accounts (same devices, same IPs), and the board only contains personal content (recipes).
Since we cannot contact support directly as free users, we are hoping someone from Atlassian can look into this.
Is there any way to restore ownership or reopen the board?
