We use the free Trello within our team and noticed that one of our Trello boards has suddenly been closed, and we are unable to reopen it.
This board is only used by my team and it keeps showing that only the admin can open it but even the administrator cannot open it, so we are a bit confused as nobody closed the board. It just automatically close and no one has access to its contents.
The issue is that when we check the closed boards, nobody within the team, even the admin, has access to it. Because of this, we cannot reopen the board.
There has been no unusual activity on our accounts (same devices, same IPs).
Since we cannot contact support directly as free users, we are hoping someone from Atlassian can look into this.
Is there any way to restore ownership or reopen the board?
