Our company uses Jira and Confluence. We used Trello in the past but not anymore. I cannot find a way to access the account as an IT Admin since there are no associated workspaces left.
The only thing that works is they keep billing me $112.50. So far no response from Atlassian and none of the AI generated responses are helpful.
I feel like I have not choice but to dispute the charge. For a company that claims integration it sure feels like Trello is left out/abandoned.
Any ideas? I have full access to Jira/confluence but no workspaces linked on Trello. I have always been the billing contact.
