Trello app on iPhone not updating a board

I have one specific Trello board loads in the iOS app where the board title/background is visible, but no lists appear. The same board works correctly in Chrome on the same iPhone and in a desktop browser. Other boards work normally in the iOS app. Another member of the same board has the same iOS-app-only issue. I have already tried force-closing the app, clearing cache, logging out/in, deleting/reinstalling the app, and making a small board edit from desktop, but the issue remains.

Thanks. I wasn't sure whether this was causing the issue I was experiencing. Other boards are fine which seemed weird.
