Trello app for outlook web does not launch when clicking open. Has any one had this issue?

From my outlook web and desktop application I attempt to open the Trello app and nothing happens. Not sure if the app labeled Trello in Microsoft apps is function properly .

Has any one had this issue?

I’d start by checking exactly which app you’ve installed, as Trello’s own documentation is surprisingly thin on a dedicated Outlook add-in compared to their Gmail or Teams versions. Even with the Atlassian-branded app in the marketplace, it’s worth testing Outlook Web in an incognito window to see if this is just a local cache or browser glitch.

In my experience, these add-ins have become pretty "meh" ever since Microsoft started pushing the New Outlook. The underlying architecture changed significantly, and Atlassian’s integrations often struggle to play ball with the new plumbing.

You should also check with your M365 admin to make sure third-party apps aren’t being blocked by a global policy. If the add-in keeps acting up, I’d honestly just skip it and use the  Email-to-board feature.
