Trello & JIRA integration question

Hello, 

we use in our entire enterprise company JIRA,

and for my small team we opened Trello (free version, but with the same emails as our JIRA) 

I downloaded on trello the powerup connecting both softwares. 

now if I open a Trello card > and open the power-up > and add our JIRA URL 

https://jira.ourcompany.com/  

it's saying, not a valid URL..... but it's 100% our company JIRA URL... 

what do you suggest?

Could you please confirm that your Jira instance is accessible via the internet and not behind SSO?
