I spent 11 years working with a small business that introduced me to Trello. Using my company-based login, I created a large amount of boards and developed them over many years-- most of which were personal boards. I recently left the job to start my own company (different industry), but now that the old email address has been disabled, I'm not able to log in to my personal boards on my computer.
I do still have access on my phone app, but it's not user friendly and it won't let me share the board with myself under a new email. Seems like a glitch? It just keeps going in circles to invite all my contacts to Trello. Has anyone ever reached a support rep to help with something like this?
Hello @Michael Rhode

Support cannot change the email address for you due to security policies. Otherwise, anyone could claim an old account.
Whatever you do, please do not log out of the mobile app yet.
Your best option is to ask your former employer to briefly reactivate the mailbox, or have their Atlassian admin update it from their directory. If that is not possible, create a new personal account right away and use your mobile browser to transfer your boards at https://trello.com/support/transfer-boards while you still have access.
I hope you sort this out, but you're likely going to have to ask your former employers for help as normally anything created in a company managed / owned account, no matter what system, would be considered company property.
