Trello account no longer linked to Atlassian Account

Urgent assistance required -

We have been using a single Trello account for our business. The account was originally associated with heidi@######.com.au.

Our Google Workspace user was renamed to heidi@f####iors.com.au. This was the same Google Workspace account, not a new user.

On 23 June 2026, Trello sent a login verification code to the original email address, confirming the account existed.

We can still log into the Atlassian account using the original email address, but when we visit Trello it says "Looks like it's your first time on Trello" and prompts us to create a new Trello account.

We have not created the new Trello account because we don't want to overwrite or disconnect our existing data.

We believe the original Trello profile has become detached from the Atlassian account after the Google Workspace email rename. Could you please restore or relink the original Trello profile and its boards?

If there is a private email and can liase with support to get this resolved asap that would be greatly appreciated.
