Trello accessibilty for blind team member

Hello,

I am asking a similar question to one that was asked in 2017. One of our team members is blind. I would like to use Trello to manage a project, but wonder if there is any way that she can use it. The previous answer spoke about the IoS Trello app being accessible. Has anything changed over the past few years?
