Trello - Unable to add lists or cards despite having admin access on boards

Hi,

We are using Trello to organise ourselves on a project. My lead has made me an admin but I cannot use the web version of Trello to add lists or cards under lists.
Strangely, I can edit lists now.
Even more surprisingly, I can add lists and cards through the mobile app.
Please can you help me out as we really like the product, it's a shame I can't put it to use yet

It is really funny when I try to submit an issue from the application itself, that request doesn't go through.

In a nutshell, I have an issue with Trello but when I try to report, that report submission doesn't happen.

I am thinking if this product is worth my time :)
