A customer of mine has an issue with adding a board into their Teams channel.
When trying to create a new board, a loading swirl appears indefinitely but no board is then created.
Another user at the client has successfully been using Trello, however my current user is unable to replicate creating a new board.

Can you make sure your customer has the Microsoft Teams app updated to the latest version?

The customer is running the newest version of Teams available, however the issue persists.
We have also removed Trello from their Teams and re-added - same outcome unfortunately.
