Trello Slack Alert sent as User not Trello[APP]

Trello Slack Alert sent as User not Trello[APP]

Hi. So we have a few Trello boards(same workspace) connected to slack but we receive different types of alerts from them. The other boards are sent as Trello[APP] and some alerts are sent as Me. So it's instead of Trello announcing the alert, it appears as me announcing.

Hope someone can help me out 🙏

I think you need to change this setting in Butler so it sends them as Butler rather than you.

Hi Dan! Thanks for this. We figured out it had something to do with account permission.
