Trello Single Sign On is not working with Azure

Hi all!

I'm having problems establishing SSO between my clients company and Trello. I've followed this guide: https://goo.gl/pqwmgJ to setup Trello in Azure with SSO. So after adding users in Trello Application in Azure, they try to log in to Trello with SSO through this link: https://trello.com/login/sso?returnUrl= . This give the errormessage "This email cannot log in with SSO". It seems to me that the "just-in-time provisioning" is not working. 
When I log in to Trello with my adminaccount that is created both in Trello Admin Console and in Azure SSO works fine.

Any suggestions what the problem might be?
